Terms and Conditions

Admission Confirmation: Admission is confirmed only after successful payment of course fees.

Non-Refundable Fees: Once paid, fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, discontinuation, or non-completion of the course.

Non-Transferable Admission: Course fees, batches, and admissions cannot be transferred to another student, course, or batch.

Installment Policy: Installment payments must be made between the 5th and 10th of every month.

Late Fee Charges: A late fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged after the 10th of the month. Delayed payments beyond the 15th may result in suspension of classes or services.

Attendance and Discipline: Students are expected to maintain regular attendance, discipline, and respectful behavior within the institute premises and online classes.

Certificates: Course completion certificates will be provided only after successful completion of the course and clearance of all pending dues.

Batch and Schedule Changes: Alvin IT Solutions reserves the right to change batch timings, trainers, course schedules, or course structure when necessary.

Study Material Usage: All study materials, notes, videos, and resources provided by the institute are for personal educational use only and must not be copied or distributed.

Special Consideration: In exceptional cases, management may approve adjustments or special considerations at its sole discretion.

Liability: Alvin IT Solutions will not be responsible for any personal loss, damage, or technical issues faced during training sessions.
